    Please check if the correct cable is used. The black cable is for OTG recording only; the white cable must be used to charge the guitar amplifier.

  • Why is there no sound when the microphone is connected?

    The BA-10Pro amplifier is only compatible with dynamic microphones.

  • Why is the volume too low?

    Please check and adjust the volume on both your connected device (phone/computer/iPad) and the amplifier itself. Ensure all volume controls are turned up sufficiently.

  • How does low battery power affect performance?

    When the battery is low or the speaker is charging, unstable current may cause slight humming, static, or intermittent volume. For optimal sound quality and stable output, use a fully charged battery and avoid playing while charging.

  • How should I manage the battery of my speaker for optimal performance and longevity?
