Used condition. It came out of a car I had years ago, can't remember if it worked or not. Has some minor scuffs and scratches but no broken plastic or buttons. There is one missing connector but the wires are there. The rest of the wiring looks good. Sold as-is for parts or restoration. No guarantees, but it has been stored inside.
