Toshi Yoshida (1911–1995) was a prominent Japanese printmaker and a leading figure of the Yoshida family of artists. While he began with traditional landscape subjects, he later expanded his themes internationally, depicting scenes from Africa, Southeast Asia, and other regions with refined color gradation and precise carving techniques. His works are held in major museum collections worldwide and remain highly regarded among collectors of modern Japanese woodblock prints.
