Beautiful and richly colored, this multipurpose piece could be used to top a table or your shoulders.  I believe it dates to the 70s or 80s. It is acrylic and made in Japan, the deep fringe is rayon.  Condition is used but there are no rips, holes, tears or stains.  The fringe is somewhat wild at the ends.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, design and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
