M.K. Čiurlionis: A Visionary Master of Symbolism & Music

Discover the mystical world of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis (1875–1911), a pioneering Lithuanian artist and composer who "painted music." Often compared to Kandinsky and Munch, Čiurlionis is a master of Symbolism and a precursor to Abstract Art. His works are renowned for their ethereal, cosmic landscapes and "painted sonatas" that blend visual art with musical structures.
