Vintage Maglite 2C Silver 9" MAG-LITE Ontario, California USA RECONDITIONED
Hey, Guys! So, here is the deal: I came across two of these classics in my wanderings. They were both in great shape and not all beat-up! There are signs of light usage (no pun intended!) and no dings or dents! I'm keeping one for myself and putting the other one on here for you. They were worth getting back to like-new condition and here is what I did:
- New "O" rings (x2) and lightly conditioned with non-corrosive machine oil to assure water-resistance
- Lens cover re-polished with NOVUS 3-stage scratch remover taking most of the scratches out
- Switch cleaned with electronic cleaner aerosol contact spray
- General cleaning of threads and body
This is about as good as it gets with this vintage light other than finding one new in a retail package. They are highly dependable and you can even buy LED "bulbs" for them now bringing them up to modern LUMEN capacity! I left the incandescent bulb in this one for you leaving it as originally sold.
