• SUNROOF LUBRICATION KIT

  There are multiple application areas within a sunroof system that require lubrication from either a mechanical (drive system, control brackets, slides) or a noise mitigation (moving panels, roof system frame, body structure, weather stripping) standpoint. The movement of metal on plastic, weather stripping to glass or painted surfaces, among others, can generate noises typically described as squeaks, itches or judders. When failure of these components is not an option our lubricant kit is an ideal solution.

• SLIDING-ROOF SPECIAL GREASE

  We supply a high specification grease for the moving parts of your roof system and you will receive one pot containing 10g of Special Grease/Paste (for tracks, sliders and mechanical parts). Also included is a brush for applying the grease. Apply a thin layer of grease to all sliding guides/tracks and friction points with the included brush. Wipe away any excess!

• SLIDING-ROOF SPECIAL LUBRICATING OIL

  Krytox oils are high performance, fully-fluorinated oils which offer superior lubrication across a broad temperature range and unmatched chemical resistance. You will receive one dropper bottle containing 10g of Special Lubrication Krytox Oil (for seals and weather stripping). The oil can be massaged into the seals and weather stripping effectively with a finger.

• A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY !!!! (OIL FILLS 1/2 BOTTLE)

  Due to the specific density (1.95) of Krytox oil and being supplied in a 10ml dropper bottle there 10g (~5ml) of oil will make the bottle appear approximately 1/2 full. Bottles have a tamper proof closure and are supplied sealed in polypropylene bags.
