THE SD CARD READER DRIVER WAS UNINSTALLED FROM WINDOWS BECAUSE IT BLUE-SCREENS WINDOWS 11 WITH A STOP CODE OF "INTERNAL_POWER_FAILURE", BUT WORKS FINE IN OTHER OPERATING SYSTEMS, LIKE LINUX. This powerful All-in-One Dell OptiPlex 9030, with a 4th Gen Intel Core i5, along with 8Gb of DDR3 (2x4Gb) RAM and a 256Gb Samsung SSD, can meet the needs for casual computing, and for wanting such a simple PC setup all built in one unit! This device doesn't meet Microsoft's Windows 11 System Requirements, but I have bypassed that and installed Windows 11 anyway since it works perfectly fine.
Windows 11 25H2 with the important drivers have been preinstalled. Windows will boot to setup on first startup. The buyer has the ability to bypass the Microsoft account requirements with a command I have used to add that to the network setup. The buyer also has the modern ability to use a Microsoft account anyway by simply proceeding through the network setup.
