 We only ship to the PayPal confirmed address. We will pay the cost of your return delivery and refund you in full if your return is due to our error - for example, if the item is defective or we have sent it to you incorrectly. 

We offer combined postage. If multiple items are ordered in the same transaction, not separately, then each additional item is charged £1. This is calculated automatically.

  • You have 14 days to contact us for returning the item. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.
  • All return items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your ebay ID.
