This is a vintage Japanese clay bell (Dorei) set featuring a fox and kemari (traditional Japanese court ball game).
The fox (Kitsune) is closely associated with Inari shrines, especially Fushimi Inari Taisha in Kyoto.
This piece appears to be a commemorative shrine folk item.

Fox: approx. 7.5 cm (3 inches) in length
Kemari ball: approx. 7 cm (2.8 inches) in height
Condition:
Small chip on the kemari ball (see photo 6)
Minor surface dirt / small age-related marks on the fox
Overall vintage condition consistent with age.
