A beautifully patterned nutria fur coat by Bielskie Zakłady Futrzarskie, with striking chevron pelting that gives it real texture and movement. The fur is arranged in a bold V formation across the body, creating depth through alternating tones of warm brown, taupe and darker chocolate. Best suited to a modern UK 10 to 12.

Condition is good overall with some signs of age. There is some damage to the lining at the armholes, as pictured, and light wear at the cuffs. The fur itself remains healthy with good density and sheen, and the exterior presents well.

Bielskie Zakłady Futrzarskie was a respected Polish fur manufacturer based in Bielsko Biała, known for solid craftsmanship and carefully matched pelts. Their coats were produced for durability and warmth, often featuring distinctive panel work such as the chevron layout seen here, which requires precision cutting and alignment.

In terms of dating, the strong chevron construction, structured shoulder line and slightly shorter length point towards late 1970s to early 1980s production. This was a period when fur design embraced more graphic pelting patterns while retaining classic tailoring. The proportions feel transitional, not quite the exaggerated power shapes of the mid 1980s, but more defined than earlier mid century styles.

I
'm selling loads of similar great quality vintage and niche fashion and I'm always happy to combine postage, so give my other eBay listings a browse! But either check out with them all at once or message before purchasing so that I can work it out for you with eBay's new postage system.

The model: All of the clothes are modelled by me, for reference I'm 5'8 tall with a 38" bust, 28" waist, 37" hips, usually wear a UK 10 for dresses, 10-12 for trousers, and most of my stuff is sz 8-12 but I do have some things for bigger ladies/oversize too!

A bit about me: I'm a bit of a fashion addict and I'm selling these lovely pieces to help fund my master's degree abroad - every purchase really helps! Unless otherwise mentioned, everything is vintage/second-hand so may show minor signs of wear as you'd expect, but won't have any serious flaws unless I specifically mention it in the description :) They're also currently in storage so might arrive needing an iron, but they're always clean! Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

I post as soon as I can but don't guarantee same-day postage - please send a message before purchasing to confirm dispatch time if you need something ASAP :)
