Education 1976 Graduated from Vietnam University of Fine Arts .

Lecturer at National University of Arts Education

Thao Ta Phuong is the wife of artist Lam Pham Viet Hong, whose father, Fine Arts teacher in Hanoi Song Pham Viet, belonged to the first generation of the Indochina College of Fine Arts.

Painter Ta Phuong Thao is a daughter of the late painter Ta Thuc Binh, one of the first Vietnamese artists contributed to the establishment of Vietnam Fine Arts College which is the precursor of the recent Vietnam University of Fine Arts .Artist Media Oil painting ,Lacquer painting ,Silk painting
