Good overall condition. Some scratches, but nothing major. When connected to charger (which is included), the device flashes either a charging symbol or a fully black screen a few times, then goes blank. The battery does not work, and because this device needs the battery to be charged to boot, I would assume that is the issue. Not fully sure though. This is the North American version of the legendary Nokia 3310, modified to work on North American frequencies. It is effectively the same device.
