Comes with transfer tape applied ready to peel and place, if you have not used vinyl before please watch some videos on Youtube first as it can be fiddly.

The permanent vinyl is very sticky and you only get one shot. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and dust free.
porous surfaces like paper card or wood are not suitable for vinyl unless sealed first!
Rough or textured surfaces will not accept the vinyl, sometimes using heat can help but area is best smooth.
