What is VAT Relief?
VAT Relief is a recognised law within the UK that allows us to sell a range of daily living aids at a lower price that excludes VAT. Customers who are chronically sick, disabled or suffer from a long term illness are exempt from paying VAT, and can purchase the item "without VAT".
What medical conditions are accepted for VAT relief?
All known chronic medical conditions are accepted, some more common conditions include; Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Emphysema, Diabetes, C.O.P.D, M.S, Heart Conditions, Oedema, Asthma, Angina, Dementia, Hip or Knee Replacement or Parkinson’s.
You are able to make a purchase without VAT if you are purchasing on behalf of an individual who is chronically sick or disabled.

Once your order has been placed, you will be directed to make payment. Paypal is our preferred payment method as it is fast, safe and offers protection for both you as a buyer and us as a seller - we are fully verified by Paypal. We also accept payment by all major credit cards (via Paypal) and postal orders. Please make postal order payable to SLP Limited. Sorry but we do not accept personal cheque payments.
Once you have placed an order eBay will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. Paypal will then send you a further email once your payment has been received.
Please ensure that you pay the correct shipping fee (Shown in the advert) when going through check out to avoid any delay. We offer a range of delivery options to suit you from Free Postage to 24 hour courier services.
Once your order has been processed, your item will be marked as dispatched on eBay. All purchases made before 1pm are dispatched on a same day basis (Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays). Where applicable, we will then upload your tracking details to your purchase record in eBay. If you are unsure how to find this please let us know and we will email the tracking number to your supplied email address once the item has been shipped. Depending on the shipping service used, delivery will take place Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm unless dispatched via Royal Mail. If this is the case you may receive delivery on Saturdays also. No Deliveries are made on Bank holidays.
All items are dispatched on a fully insured service so please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if your purchase is lost in transit due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.
Any goods being returned to us due to missed delivery will incur a further cost to redeliver and by making a purchase you agree to this condition.
PLEASE REMEMBER: If we do not know of a problem then we are unable to do anything about it. As long as you contact us in a timely manner we will be able to resolve any problem before your item is returned and further delivery costs are incurred.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please do not worry. Your item is sent on a fully insured service and we will offer you a full refund or replacement item and will deal with any issue fast! Proof of postage and delivery is available on all purchases.
Should your item arrive damaged (damage to the item, not to the packaging) we ask that you do not sign for the item and instead insist that the item is returned to us. Should this be the case please contact us immediately. If you are unsure if the item has arrived damaged, please simply sign for the item as damaged and then inspect the contents of the package when able to do so.
Should you wish to return your item for any other reason please contact us to discuss the return process.
You must first obtain written consent from us whereby we will supply you with with further details including a return code. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
