EINRICHTUNGSHINWEISE:
Einrichten des werkseitigen NTB-Systems: Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen--Spezifisch--Original DPI--Wählen Sie Ihre werkseitige Bildschirmgröße und Ihr System.

AUX einschalten: Gehen Sie auf dem Android-System zu App--Media/Radio--Benutzen Sie Ihren iDrive-Knopf, um Multimedia--Externes Gerät--AUX vorne--Drücken Sie die Ziffer 8 auf dem Werksradio für etwa 5-8 Sekunden, bis Sie einen Ton hören.
EINSTELLUNGSHINWEISE:
Sie müssen das 3,5-mm-AUX-Kabel von dem mit dem Kit gelieferten Kabelbaum zum AUX-Anschluss Ihres BMW verlegen und einstecken.
Drücken Sie auf das Symbol "Mein BMW", das Sie zum Original BMW Menü führt. Drücken Sie die Taste CD/Multimedia --Extern--Front AUX und aktivieren Sie sie. Drücken Sie dann die Taste 8 am Werksradio für etwa 10 Sekunden.
WERKSEITIGE SYSTEMEINSTELLUNG:
Gehen Sie im Android-Menü auf Einstellungen--Werkseinstellungen--8888--BMW-Einstellungen--Fahrzeugtyp-- stellen Sie hier sicher, dass Sie die richtige Größe und das richtige System des werkseitig eingebauten BMW-Bildschirms auswählen. UK DELIVERIES (under 2kg)
Most items are held in stock and we try our very best to try and ship as soon as we physically can. Most items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days (Saturday is NOT counted as a working day). However, please be aware that certain items are held for us by our suppliers and so these items will take approximately 4-6 working days to be delivered. Please make sure you check the estimated delivery date within the listing.
Most items in our eBay store offer FREE ECONOMY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Scilly, Isle Of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey are not eligible for free delivery unless the item can be sent in the post). If you choose the free delivery, the item will be sent via the most cost effective means possible.
PLEASE NOTE: For All Royal Mail Shipments they aim to deliver your item within 1-3 business days but not guaranteed. If after 7 days you have not received your item then please contact us. We cannot replace missing orders until this 14 day period has passed.
UK DELIVERIES (Over 2kg)
We use all the major couriers (DHL, DPD, Parcel Force and Royal Mail). We have a number of warehouses so depending on where the stock is located then we will use the delivery company assigned to that warehouse. We try and inform you for the courier used on the listing page.
Free delivery is only for UK mainland. Unfortunately, customers in remote areas will have a surcharge postage cost added at the checkout.
EU DELIVERIES
As the UK has now left the EU, any items shipped from our UK warehouse will most likely require customs (duty & VAT) to receive the item. We will include the eBay IOSS number and show VAT paid (as it does on the eBay site). Please note, we have absolutely no control over customs processing/delays/fees. We ask buyers to be patient and if any action is required from yourselves to get it through customs, then you contact the shipping company ASAP to avoid any returns (as original postage cannot be credited back).
We do have a EU warehouse and if we can, we will try and use that for your delivery. This is not always possible but if we can, then we will, as it will mean there is no customs and duty.
NON-EU DELIVERIES
For customers in non-EU countries, we find it is quicker and cheaper to actually send out our products direct from our manufacturing factory in CPR. This works out better value for the customer because the shipping cost is about 40% cheaper and it is about 5 days quicker in transit also. If you are unhappy with this, then you will need to let us know at the point of order but as it is cheaper and quicker, we doubt there will be an issue as we are well versed in export.
Some items are only in our UK warehouse, so will have to be dispatched from there. Please note, we have absolutely no control over customs processing/delays/fees. We ask buyers to be patient and if any action is required from yourselves to get it through customs, then you contact the shipping company ASAP to avoid any returns (as original postage cannot be credited back).
Important Delivery Information:
If an item is returned back to us as a failed delivery then unfortunately you will need to pay again for the item to be re-sent.
Most deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
We have a few warehouses across the UK so you may find if your order two or more different products then they could possibly be dispatched separately. The items will arrive on the service specified for each item.
We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out. It's important you contact us so our team can provide you with the correct returns information and the relevant RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) detail.
eBay offers a built in returns system however, we would request that buyers contact us first to let us know why they want to return and then we will advise how to use the eBay Returns System correctly. We request that buyers respect that system and do not put false reasons for returning items in order to obtain a free returns label. We will report buyers who misuse this system and the return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
VERY IMPORTANT: All returns must have a valid RMA number.
All returns must be assigned a RMA number. An RMA number is a unique reference number for your request to return an product. Please do not return any products without obtaining a RMA number from us first. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from date issued. If an item is returned after this period, your returns will be closed and the item needs to be collected back to our address at your cost. If an item is returned without a RMA, we will struggle to know who and why an item has been returned.
UNWANTED / NOT REQUIRED PRODUCTS
An unwanted product can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it's still in original, unopened packaging.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.
You cannot return unwanted items after 30 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned open so long as you let us know you want to return them within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in "as new" condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
It is bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair or exchange service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault (see warranty tab).

We are experts in what we sell, so don't always assume something is faulty because it may well not be. Tell us your issue and we will know if it is or if it is not. We are here to help.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and please validate the claim of damage by supplying a picture of both the damaged contents and the parcel box it arrived in. We will assess the claim and resolve promptly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in due to the high metrics eBay sets for dispatch. eBay offers a service to request to "request to cancel a transaction". We strongly urge customers to do this as it will remove the sale from the eBay sales hub that our dispatch team use to process orders. If you send us an eBay message, it is most likely the order will be processed before our sales team come to your message so this method does NOT guarantee its cancellation. Only once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by a member of our team is this the case.
We do not take financial responsibility for the cost of the return of any products ordered in error or that are no longer wanted.
If a parcel is returned to us due to it being refused, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Our Returns Policy As Follows:
Standard 30 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.
Manufacturer's warranty: Beyond this 30 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is a minimum of 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via the eBay message contact system. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.
We request you do NOT putting shipping labels directly onto the product box. Returns will be refused or a deduction in the refund to obtain a new product box, if labels are stuck directly onto the product box.
If any parts are missing from the product then we will only be able to offer a part refund / part exchange to cover the cost of replacing the missing parts.
We do not cover return postage unless specifically agreed by our team prior to return.
We are not responsible for installation costs under any circumstance.
Items returned without a valid RMA number maybe declined.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us; for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item: You must notify us within 10 days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace or repair the unit. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items, and is automatically lost if the item is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Please note that minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties.
We offer a standard 12 Month warranty.
All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages.
Should your product develop a fault within a first 30 days of purchase you many return your goods for a exchange or refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please contact us on eBay messages to report your issue and if we identify the product as faulty, we will inform you how to use the eBay returns system and you will be provided with a free returns label.
Should your product develop a fault a fter 30 days from the order date, then the 12 month manufacturers warranty will apply. A refund is ineligible and the item will either be repaired or exchanged. Your goods will be repaired or exchanged by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.
If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including a description of the fault) and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing.
Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement.
Your sole remedy in respect of a failure of the Goods to comply with the Warranty is as set out in the Warranty Conditions.
We will be afforded reasonable opportunity (up to 21 working days) and facilities to investigate any claims made under the Warranty and you will if so requested in writing by us promptly return any Goods the subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packed and carriage paid to us for examination.
We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.
The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
Audio Tech Direct will not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the product. All items for the warranty procedure must be sent back by the customer.
