Returned items must be sent back in the same condition received, with the same parts and accessories. Items returned incomplete, physically altered, damaged after delivery, or mismatched with recorded identifiers may be reported to eBay.

Device powers on and enters BIOS normally and stays stable in BIOS with no shutdowns.

When running Windows or during installation, the unit may shut off under load. This indicates a battery/power-related issue. The laptop works while connected to power but the internal battery does not hold charge and will need replacement or servicing.
