This works by uploading a pre-save/ cheat file to the PS2's ram. You select your game in the menu, then press 'start game'. The PS2 CD tray will open. You then insert the PS2 game and it will load with the cheat files. No modding required.
Disclaimer: we don't know what the cheats are for each game. The CD menu does not explain them. Please be open minded when purchasing!
