This restaurant ware jug was made by Shenango China of Newcastle, Pennsylvania. It has the Art Nouveau style pattern known as Katy Ornaments. This pattern was made by various companies for hotel, transportation, and restaurant ware. It was made by Syracuse and Shenango for the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad, but since it was a stock pattern and used at various places, there is no way to know for sure where this was used. It is a very neat piece, either way :)
It is in the shape often used for restaurant creamers, but quite a bit larger. It measures approximately 5 1/8" tall, 5 1/8" wide, and 6" from handle to pouring lip. It holds about 30 ounces when full. This has the mark used by Shenango from the 1920s until the early 1950s. There is also what looks like an A24 or 424, but there is no hyphen, and I don't know if it is a date code, or what year it would represent. The pitcher is in great condition with no chips or cracks. There is some surface wear, mostly to the base. Please see my pictures and thank you for viewing my listing!
