August Pohl Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Tracking will be uploaded to the item so the buyer can track the shipment from whichever carrier we use.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please message us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.  We are open from 8 a.m. til 5 p.m. Eastern time zone.  The yard closes at 4 p.m. so please let us know ahead of time if you plan on picking up at our facility.  We are located at 2225 M-139 Benton Harbor, MI 49022.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us through the eBay message system within 24 hrs for instructions.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both original and return for items returned that are not needed or ordered incorrectly.  If the color is described in the listing but is wrong for the buyer's vehicle, they will be responsible for all shipping charges.
