Discs are repaired using the gold standard, top of the line machine: The ELM Eco-Master! If this machine can't fix your disc, nothing will. This machine not only provides the best results you can get on the market, but also gives us the fastest turn around time! This allows us to serve the absolute best in quality at the fastest rate!

Follow the shipping instructions below to send us your discs! You will need to pay to ship your discs to us. Once we receive them, we'll resurface your discs and promptly send them back through your eBay order, tracking provided!

What We Can't Repair

Discs with the following issues cannot be repaired:
  • Cracks
  • Disc Rot
  • Label Side Damages
  • Heat Damage via Warping, Melting, or Burns
  • Holes/Pinholes
  • Excessively Deep Scratches That Impact Data
  • Extreme Dents or Gouges
  • Layer Separation

Note about certain disc types and damages:
  • Deep scratches cannot be buffed out of Blu-Ray discs. If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, it most likely cannot be removed via resurfacing. This does not apply to CDs or DVDs.
  • Blu-Ray discs (PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox One/Series, Wii U) are not designed to be resurfaced, however mild scratches can be removed and functionality can be improved through resurfacing.
  • You can check your discs for label side damages/pinholes by holding them up to a light and looking through the disc from the surface side. Issues caused by this cannot be repaired via resurfacing.

Disc resurfacing is the best option to repair your damaged discs, or to get that premium finish that makes a disc look brand new again. However, there are many variables that can prevent a disc from working properly, many of which cannot be solved by any means. You are more than welcome to send in any disc you please, but please be aware that this service is for resurfacing only, and does not guarantee functionality can be restored.

We operate on a first come first served basis! Most orders can see turnaround times of 24-48 hours, but for larger orders, or in case of a backlog, we may need more time. We'll be sure to update you throughout the process!

How to ship your discs:


Please DO NOT send your discs in their original cases. 

You can use a rubber band to stabilize the discs, then wrap them in bubble wrap. Plastic wrap is also good for stabilization before wrapping in bubble wrap! Ensure there is no room for movement in your package and protect your discs well! Depending on the size of your order, free to send discs in protective binders, disc envelopes, thin jewel cases, cakebox, or other lightweight/non bulky alternatives. If none are provided, we will secure your finished discs in individual disc envelopes to ensure they remain in top notch quality for you to see!
