This chisel is designed for working in tighter spaces by flattening the head section of a Shinogi nomi.
It is made to special order.
This chisel is made in Sanjo City, Niigata.
And there is a very beautiful marble pattern on the front side of the steel, and the cutting edge is striped.
This striped pattern will not disappear even if you sharpen it.
By sharpening this chisel, which is made by stacking steel, a new pattern appears on the cutting edge.
The craftsman who made this chisel is "Yasushi Hanyuu"
He is not as famous as his fellow craftsman, Tasai, but he does a great job.
His work is reasonably priced but highly rated, so it is the best-selling item in our store.
I had the popular dovetail chisel custom-made.
