Who remembers the hybrid era? The time when retro Air Jordan releases were few and far between. Introducing Spike Lee’s hybrid Air Jordan Son of Mars silhouette that were inspired by various heritage Jordan basketball offerings. Featuring a white leather construction with purple accents along the heel, the toe is accented with cement print paneling that mirrors the Jordan 3. The heel tab from the Jordan 8. While the Jordan 20-esque midfoot strap is etched with a series of Jordan and Spike Lee motifs. This strap and velcro can also be easily removed from inside the shoe if required. The shoe then resembles the Jordan 5 with some changes.
From an extensive personal collection not a shop or reseller. This pair are brand new, factory laced, unworn and 100% deadstock. These were purchased at retail in 2011 and have been carefully stored in the correct conditions since then. A true collector-grade example of this hybrid shoe. Please purchase with confidence. It has just come to a time to clear some space and pass these on to others to enjoy.
The photos posted were taken last week to give you the most accurate pictures of their condition that I can. The sneakers are immaculate except for some oxidisation to the soles as expected. However as they are 15 years old and as with all vintage sneakers, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur if the buyer decides to wear these. This is just FYI and wanting to keep full honesty with my listings.
The box is in great condition including the OG paper. As you can see from the photos these have never been tried on.
Again these are 100% authentic!!! Any questions please ask and thanks for reading.
