Battery compartment is very clean. Runs on two AA batteries (not included). Baby’s head, arms, and legs move. The left leg may not be operating normally. It didn’t seem to move as well. Baby stops moving when pacifier is in mouth. This a is 1980s toy. There is audible mechanical noises as it moves in case you forgot. See pics for condition otherwise.
