VINTAGE METAL STOVE TOY

Adorable vintage 1930s or 1940s enamel painted metal stove toy measuring 8" wide, 4-1/4" deep and about 7-1/4" in height. Featuring a cream top with pierced burners, dark green front bears embossed doors, complete with painted pulls - these are non-functioning. Bearing a wonderful color lithograph plaque marked LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE, depicting Annie holding a cake in one hand while Sandy watches intently.

Condition is very nice with minor usage marks, but no dents, rust or major damage - plaque is crisp - there are two tiny metal clips at the top edge - not sure of their purpose, but I find nothing missing. Just a charming vintage toy -- I've always displayed it underneath my Christmas tree with a variety of similar era vintage toys - fun addition to any home or collection!
