Condition Report:

This bass is presented in good condition with signs of play wear and use by a regularly gigging musician! The original finish (presumably black from the pickguard colour and the neck pocket) was stripped by Birimingham based luthier Bob Barry, who also slightly refined the edges of the bass as the previous owner wanted it to feel more like a 60's fender with softer edges compared to the 70s body. The electronics have been replaced with Active MEC pickups, but no routing was done to the body to accommodate the 9V battery. The frets are original and show approximately 70% of life remaining and the electronics function as expected.
