Item will be shipped within 2 business days after confirmed payment. 

We will use Royal Mail - Track 48 Parcel, usually it will takes 1-5 business to deliver.

Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Items sent back without a RMA # will not be processed.
