This is a Yaesu model # FT-847 Base/Mobile/Satellite Ham Radio Transceiver from a  local Amateur Radio operator's Estate Sale. It includes a new DC power cable with fuses and the MH-31 hand microphone. This Transceiver was always used indoors (not mobile) so It does not include the optional mobile mounting bracket, cables or other related mobile installation items.

It appears to be in good condition, except that it's missing the front-panel DSP plastic knob, so I'm listing it under eBay's condition rating of "For parts or not working." Due to parts swappers, it is being sold as-is and no returns are accepted. The only testing I performed was to apply +13.8V DC power, as shown in the pictures, selecting different bands and frequencies.

The RigPix site has info about the FT-847 Transceiver, and downloadable user and service manuals, if you'd like more information. Please also see the FT-847 Reviews on eham and other ham radio sites.

Shipping charges will be $32.85 to CONUS locations, based on other Transceivers of similar size and weight that I've recently shipped. Local pickup is available, but PayPal cannot be used for payment if you're picking up the item, since PayPal needs proof of shipment to be covered under their rules.

Shipping is ONLY to a PayPal Confirmed Address. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to make sure the address listed on their account is correct.  Please update your account address before buying, as I cannot send items to a different address than the one provided on your account.

Any International sales must use eBay's Global Shipping Program service, where I ship the units to their forwarding center in Kentucky, and eBay takes care of the necessary customs, etc. paperwork, and then they ship onward to the buyer. No Direct Overseas Sales! No sales to Germany, due to their new seller and shipping requirements.

Because of the shipping arrangements that are done out-of-state, I am not able to combine shipment of multiple items. I ship to the buyer within five days of the end of the sale and receipt of payment.

Please understand that once I've dropped off an item to be shipped, I have no further control of when it will actually arrive at your location. Occasionally, the shipping company routes the package through some far, out-of-the-way locations which can greatly delay the shipping time, compared to what eBay quotes for delivery times.

Please see my other eBay listings for additional Amateur Radio microphones, Transceivers,  test equipment, accessories and Electronic items.

Thanks for looking!
