This is a vintage 1950s ceramic figurine made by the Diamond Pottery company, the Diamond Pottery company made these figurines based on the Rempel Squeak toys. A child could have their favorite squeak toy and a matching ceramic figurine to decorate their bedroom. This figurine is called Frisky the Pony. It is the version that is on on a base. The colorway on this one is light brown and pink. The base is light green on top simulating a grassy field  It is in nice condition...it does have a tiny mark on the base on one side, and two chips on the bottom base rim on the other side (very last two close up photos shows this)
