30-Day Return Policy


You may return your item within 30 days from date of delivery.


Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Items


  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • We cover return shipping once the fault is confirmed via photo/video evidence or through eBay messages.
  • Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:
    • Repairing the item
    • Replacing it with the same or a similar item (subject to availability)
    • Issuing a full refund if repair or replacement is not suitable
  • All original accessories, packaging, and any bundled items must be returned.

The resolution method is at our discretion and will be based on the item’s condition, availability, and the nature of the issue.

Change of Mind Returns (Used, Refurbished & Open Box/New Other Items)


  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and still sealed.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • A full refund will be issued within 14 days once the item is received and inspected.
  • If the item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned incomplete, a partial refund may be issued.

New Items Returned After 30 Days


  • For items sold as new, returns made after 30 days from the date of delivery will still be considered.
  • Buyer must pay return shipping in these cases.
  • The item must be in resaleable condition and fully sealed in its original packaging.
  • A partial refund may apply if the item is used, damaged, or incomplete.

Warranty for Faulty or Defective Items


  • For new items, warranty coverage for faults or defects lasts up to 6 months from delivery.
  • Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:
    • Repairing the item
    • Replacing it with the same or a similar item (subject to availability)
    • Issuing a full refund if repair or replacement is not suitable
    • All original accessories and any bundled items must be returned.
  • For opened box/new other, refurbished, and used items, warranty coverage for faults or defects is limited to 30 days from delivery.
  • Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for transit damage, or as soon as a fault or defect is discovered within the applicable warranty period.
  • Contact us via eBay messages including:
    • eBay Order Number
    • eBay User ID
    • Name and address
    • Description of the fault or defect
    • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved via messages, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Once returned and inspected, we will decide the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (same or similar item), or refund.
  • Returned items will be tested; if no fault or defect is found, or the issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, negligence, or unauthorized repairs, a partial or no refund may be issued.

    Cooling-Off Period


    • Buyers have the right to cancel an online order within 30 days from date of purchase.
    • Return the item within 7 days of cancellation notice.
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
    • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
    • Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

    Refunds


    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
    • Processed within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
    • We do not offer refunds before the returned item is received and inspected.

    Condition of Returns

    • Include all original parts, packaging, and accessories.
    • Partial or no refunds may apply for customer damage, missing items, or signs of misuse.
