These are a full set of Bogen/Manfrotto OE part no. R127,08 Rubber Straps.  These rubber bands are used on a variety of modern and legacy Bogen/Manfrotto support gear and have been known to fail prematurely due to environmental exposure and age.  These new and flexible rubber straps will fit on 165 floor mounted spreaders, and the 127, 3127 and 3137 Tripod Dollies.  Refresh your old tripod support equipment and save yourself from premature failure.
