Alex Sarr signed Wilson Authentic Series Basketball. It comes with a Fanatics COA hologram sticker. When scanned, the hologram pulls up the Fanatics website with the correct COA number but the three letter verification code does not work. I’ve made several attempts to resolve this issue with Fanatics customer support but they are inept.
