Most items are shipped USPS. They are rough with packages. Items from time to time get broke in transit no matter how carefully I packaged. PLEASE save all packaging and the broken item. Take photos and send to me to validate a broken/damaged item claim. If you can’t do this please do not buy. IF the item is something that is basically unbreakable, no worries.
