HOW TO USE:
The insoles in your shoes are probably removable—take them out first.
Place the sole of your foot in your shoes, fabric side up, to test the size. If necessary, trim the insoles along the contour (on the bottom of the insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
Ensure the insole sits flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit your shoes, trim it further as needed.
