These boots are new / never worn in the box. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing. The box is showing wear from storage and handling, the boots are brand new and in perfect condition. What you see is what you will get. These boots fit a little snug, I usually wear a 10.5 and even these in a size 11 were a little tight on me and the footbed felt slimmer than most boots. I believe they would break in once you wear them for a while, but please take this into consideration if you are not familiar with this exact brand and their fit. They are European boots and therefore tend to fit a bit smaller than US sizing.
