This pair of O scale diesels is in Very Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. There are no missing parts. The train phone antannae are bent on both locomotives with a little paint chipping. The wheels show a little run, and the shells are in good shape. This pair is tested and found to be good runners in both directions with functioning lights, smoke-units, operating couplers, and sounds. This set is stored in its original packaging, and is ready to roll on your layout.

Original Description:

Building on the success of their FA-1, Alco lengthened the body of the FA-2 model to provide space for an optional steam generator. This made the new model suitable for both freight and passenger service. Capitalizing on that, we've taken a few liberties in this release and added a few "what if" passenger and freight versions in some of our favorite paint schemes. Of course, you'll find prototypical paint schemes as well including Erie Lackawanna and Louisville and Nashville units complete with Hancock air whistles. If you're looking for something a little more whimsical, check out the Halloween and postwar-inspired USMC units as well. All AA sets come with two powered units, both with smoke and lighting and sounds in the lead loco. Powered and Superbass B units will fill your consists with all the power and sounds you could ever want.
