An original Victorian amber glass tonic / bitters bottle, dating to the late 19th century. This is a classic medicinal form with a tall neck, stepped rings, and faceted body panels, typical of proprietary tonic and bitters bottles of the period. The rich amber glass would have helped protect the contents from light.

A great example of Victorian pharmaceutical and patent medicine history.
