This is a  My First Thomas and Friends Remote Control Train Set by Mattel, released in 2012. Please see photos for better description. It will be very entertaining for little ones,  18+ months of age. Condition is used, with no cracks or chips. It works well. Each piece requires 3 AAA batteries, not included.  The last photo shows the screw placement to open the battery cover.
