This is a snap on glue gun it does work BUT about a year ago I must have pulled the handle too hard and popped a spring or something because now when it heats up and you pull the handle it doesn’t push in hard enough for the glue to come out. There is no battery or charger for this item. I’m sure you might be able to take it to a snap on store or a snap on truck and get it fixed I believe all snap on is warranty. I just don’t have the time to go there. There is ware it was brand new when i purchased it from the truck. I never took it apart to see because I know I wouldn’t get it back together. Might be something small might not I don’t know. I do know that you can get a small amount of glue out now when pushing the handle.
