CD inlay was signed at Vintage Vinyl Records in Fords, New Jersey. I believe it was in 2001 when Break the Cycle released; the did a signing for the release and I brought Tormented which they were all shocked to see. I do not see any sales history of a signed copy of this album, but unsigned copies go for $200ish. Feel free to send an offer.
