Special Instructions 1. Operating temperature: For PTFE lining, the temperature should be ≤200°C, and the safe temperature is 180°C; for PPL lining, the temperature should be ≤280°C, and the safe temperature is 260°C. During use, strictly ensure that the temperature does not exceed the maximum operating temperature. 2. Operating pressure: The actual pressure in the reaction material must not exceed 3 MPa, and overpressure is not allowed. Customers need to accurately calculate how much pressure is generated at what temperature according to the different materials used in their experiments. Experiments can only be conducted within the normal pressure range. 3. Solvent addition amount: The amount of solvent added for the reaction depends on different experiments. Generally, it is 60% - 80% of the inner cup capacity. If the gas produced by the material is large, it is recommended to digest it overnight. Special attention should be paid when using perchloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc. 4. Heating equipment: The actual temperature inside the oven reaches ±2°C. It should be considered that some old-fashioned ovens have a temperature overshoot of 20°C, which is more obvious at high temperatures. 5. Safety instructions: When the oven starts to heat up, there must be no personnel in the room to prevent explosion and injury! It is only allowed to enter after the temperature drops to room temperature. When taking the tank, necessary safety protection measures are required, such as facial protection, hand protection, etc.
