Hi, this is the Incredible Hulk Paperback Book #2 from Pocket Books, published in 1978. It's 100% complete, with no torn or missing pages that I could find. Regarding condition, it's pretty good - the colors look really nice, they aren't faded at all. The pages have a bit of yellowing on the edges. The cover is pretty nice, but the edges have some dents and marks from handling. The spine is okay, it does have a fold or crease in the middle, I assume from reading, and at the top there's a small tear (1/4 inch). The back cover is similar to the front, except to add that there's also a fold mark across the top left corner. Please look at the pics to make your own judgement on the quality of the book, I've taken pictures of everything.
