Japanese Lacquer Inro with Sagari-Fuji Family Crest, Nashi-ji and Raden, Set of Three <ZK46>

A refined set of three Japanese inro, traditionally worn suspended from the obi during the Edo period.
Each piece is finished in dark lacquer with a rich nashi-ji ground, subtly enlivened with fine raden (mother-of-pearl) inlay, creating depth and a delicate shimmer across the surface. The front of each inro is decorated with a gold makie Sagari-Fuji (descending wisteria) family crest, a classical motif associated with elegance and noble lineage.

The inro are rectangular in form with softly rounded edges, and the interiors are finished in vermilion lacquer. Side apertures for the cord (himotoshi) remain intact, preserving their traditional construction.
