For your consideration is a vintage solid brass round eye hold down / tie off piece of hardware. I’m not certain, but it may have been made by Titan Metals in State College PA, years ago. The base measures approximately 1 1/2 x 2”. The diameter of the hole is 3/4 inch. I don’t know it’s original use, but it’s a good sturdy piece of hardware weighing 4 ounces.
