This Mechanical Clamp Heated Workholder for Wire Bonding / Eutectic Die Attach comes with an Omega Analog Temperature Controller, as shown.

It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. 

It powers up, and the stage heats up fine.

When the controller is set to 300°C, the stage stabilizes around 350°C, and when set to 320°C, it seems to stabilize around 390°C.

This is the extent of my testing of this stage and controller, and they are being sold as-is.

The hot chuck appears to have slots on each side for an "inert gas blanket," but there are no fittings installed on the underside of the platform, and the fitting ports appear to be covered by the cork insulation.
