There is a large paint chip and dent on the tip of the lower left side of the body. There are also scattered dents and paint chips, a chip in the neck pocket, and numerous scratches on the back, showing signs of noticeable use.

The base for the headstock lock has been replaced with a black one, and shims have been added to increase the height.
