I use this type of highlighter. They are non-toxic, non-bleed dry markers. I find that the liquid markers bleed through thin Bible pages and can smudge. The gel kind just doesn't cover well, leaves residue behind and are not precise enough for me. They also tend to dry out. These highlighters are more of a crayon. They can neatly highlight even the smallest print and they cover nicely. Finally, four is the preferred number of color highlighters just right for me.
