This is our very sustainable and eco-friendly rosewood Cocoblo SaRaiFo* Wood in a very elegant design with a total of three different intense colors in the wood, made from real wood veneers glued together, similar to Actionwood or Dymondwood.
The starting material is very sustainable Ayous veneer which is separated from defects, very highly compressed and then pressed together again into a block. The density is approximately 900-950Kg/m3! This SaRaiFowood is made from many fine real wood veneer slats pressed/surface-glued (E1) using several production processes and then cut again into a solid wood board or plank irregular, wildly floral stripes. The grain/structure always changes slightly from piece to piece, but always fits together. This bestseller is also available as a veneer.
The board/wood is only rough cut, partly still slightly rough sawn, although the saw cut is already very fine and no longer quite as coarse/rough (some cross marks are only from sawing and disappear after complete sanding/planing, one side was slightly pre-planed. The Strength may +/- 1mm vary and the width is usually between 21-21.5cm , pre-dried, carefully pre-dried to approx. +/- 13-15% in a drying chamber! However, the moisture content can still vary somewhat depending on production - as this highly compressed wood is very difficult to dry artificially. Depending on the intended use, it is always advisable to leave the wood on site in a controlled environment for a certain period of time and allow it to acclimatise!

This means the intense color comes into its own much better! See the difference between before and after in the photos. Each piece/board is unique with different structures, sometimes more or less structure on the surface - no two boards are the same! But especially after the surface has been processed by turning, milling and grinding, the multi-layer glued colors will come into their own better!
The ends were protected against cracks with a green wood preservative and coated (see photos), but unfortunately every now and then there are a few green spots on one side - all of which can be sanded off. For the best possible smooth surface, sanding the wood is recommended anyway! The dimensions are given with minimum and maximum values. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. You will receive one piece.
Areas of application: Furniture, worktops, decorative wood, shelves, strips, handles, instrument parts, jewelry, wood turning,... and many other individual areas.
