The standard 7-14 business days of expeditions service that cost $15 to US (which is already included on the price of the unit) are currently not available until further notification, so there is only 1 option; expedited one thru DHL Express 5-7 business days of expedition's processing, the price is only $25 (we have corporate rate instead an individual rate fortunately).

• Why its 2 ways instead of 3 ways? yes, we have a different switching method from the pioneer (Sustainiac & Fernandes) Yes, your guitar's stock switch will be functioned as the features changer during bypass mode (when the sustainer engaged you cannot switch the pickup since the sustainer will be working simultaneously along the bridge pickup, so the guitar pickup switch will on bypass mode, we take an advantage from this situation) from the natural to Mix will be use your stock guitar pickup switch, Bridge on the natural <-> Neck = Mix
• Yes, do not push us to change it to 3 ways, its not Sustainiac nor fernandes lol, Veyz it has own trademark switching system.

- The 6 Pole pieces would be reversed like on the last pictures on the listing, if we put it normally like neck pickup, it would be creating an unwanted noise / feedback instead of "wanted feedback and infinite sustain"

*Veyz has 2 different inner cores for passive and active bridge pickup, we build based on the bridge pickup that customer intend to use, if we build the passive inner core driver, then you're using Emg Hz or Fishman Fluence active, the sustainer driver would not work, and so vice versa.

**We will send you the exact wiring diagram according to your guitar pickup configurations.

General Inquiry:
• Neck Passive Pickup? Yes it has single coil neck side to side with sustainer driver, since the sustainer driver is just a single coil.

• Wiring Diagram Included, Obviously!

• If you do not wants to add extra cavity on your guitar, you can pick the Push Pull or Push Push Switching System models, you can find it the other listing on my store, or just simply message me, and i will drop the push push model's list.

• Kindly allow 2-4 working days processing for winding the coil, calibrating, painting until pass the Quality control and ready to be shipped (exclude sat-sun).

DHL Express corporate rate only cost $25 on my account for a small parcel less than 1kilograms, meanwhile others cost $60 or at least $50. For non US Buyers, you can choose between standard delivery ($15) and DHL Express ($25). US destination is only available with DHL Express due to new policy from US Authority from 29 August 2026 until further notification along with tariffs matters.
