International Return Policy

 
Orders shipped to a US address but forwarded internationally via freight services are classified as international shipments.
 
  • For returns due to defects, damage, malfunction or description discrepancies: buyer bears all international return shipping costs. Defective items must be returned to our US address at your expense for refund processing.
  • No partial refunds for defective items; full order return is required for refund eligibility.
  • We only provide return labels for the original US shipping address on file - no labels for forwarded/international addresses.
  • All returns are processed per eBay’s standard return procedure.

  • No shipping to international destinations, APO/FPO addresses under any circumstances.
  • Multiple orders from the same buyer will be consolidated for shipping.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once the order is dispatched.
 

Domestic Return Policy (US Continental 48 States)

 
  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery for exchange or full refund - 100% hassle-free returns.
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs, unless the item is Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) (we provide return label for DOA items).
  • Return label is only issued for the original shipping address; forwarding the item to other US/ international addresses means the buyer is responsible for return shipping to our original file address.
